We have an exciting career opportunity for an Account Manager to join our team 

Working within the framework of Agile methodology, you will use your technical and people’s expertise to help deliver Inbound & Digital Marketing, as well as, Online and Mobile Solutions that meet customer expectations, as well as, project/program scope, schedule, and budget.

Specifically, you will manage concurrent, high-visibility client accounts, from planning to delivery in a fast-paced environment and involving integrated systems of enterprise applications that include Digital Marketing activities, databases, CRM, marketing and sales activities, as well as, Website and Mobile development.

Primary duties and responsibilities of this dynamic role include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with clients and management to define project/program scope and deliverables that support business goals
  • Define and communicate project/program expectations and success criteria to all team members and stakeholders
  • Plan and schedule project scheduling, timelines and milestones using established processes and appropriate tools
  • Working with our multi-cultural team to estimate the resources required in achieving project goals
  • Create and disseminate progress reports, proposals and relevant documentation, as well as deliver presentations
  • Conduct stand-up, review and project/program status meetings with client’s and internal teams in a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project teams
  • Conduct a thorough project review


In performing these roles, you will be expected to use a high level of knowledge and experience in Inbound Marketing and Web Design & Development of complex, mission-critical, projects and with the appropriate level of planning and provide the right balance of agility and predictability.


Our ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing Inbound and Digital Marketing projects and programs with agile methodologies. It is important that you seek continuous improvement and lead through ideas, not the title. By utilizing your strong communication skills and adopting an authentic “hands-on” approach, you will take the time to understand each person’s individual strengths to ensure that all resources are being fully optimized.

You must also be open to new ideas and look to gain consensus from stakeholders when making critical decisions.

Also, you must have:

  • Solid understanding of Inbound Digital Marketing, especially working with the HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs.
  • Understanding of Web and Mobile development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Digital Marketing or relevant subjects.
  • Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Designers, Developers, Content Specialists, and QA Personnel

What We Offer

This is a contract position for 3 months with progress into full-time depending on abilities.  You must work on-site, Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
